The WP Media WP Rocket Premium WordPress Plugin requires an API key and email addy to activate it.
License
API Key – Please enter the API key obtained after your purchase.
E-mail Address – The one used for the purchase, in your support account.

Are there any work arounds to make the plugin work?

I think the entire download was removed from the Repository.
