At GPLDL we believe in Free Software. Most Premium WordPress Themes & Plugins and WooCommerce Extensions and Themes released under GPL (General Public License) are nowadays only publicly available in a bundle of (an expensive) support license and the code itself.
The costs of maintaining an advanced WordPress Blog or a WooCommerce Store easily add up to a couple of thousand USD per year. GPLDL breaks up this expensive package providing its club members access to the code they need and removing the developer's support they are otherwise forced to pay for.

At GPLDL we offer the most popular Premium WordPress Themes, Premium WordPress Plugins, Premium WooCommerce Extensions. We add new WordPress items constantly.
Who are the Developers of the WordPress items available at GPLDL?
Most of the Premium WordPress Themes & Plugins and WooCommerce Extensions & Themes available at GPLDL are developed by 3rd party developers.

How can I download from GPLDL?
To download from GPLDL, you need to become a free member. A free membership has various advantages: You get access to the specific WordPress items you need and can download any updates and additions that are covered by your membership.

What is missing in GPLDL's offer compared to the 3rd party developers offerings is the first level service and support that developers usually offer. At GPLDL we will not provide any support for the WordPress items we offer for download. If you need first level service and support from a developer, please consider buying the appropriate support license directly from the original author.

Can I use WordPress items downloaded from GPLDL with my WordPress.com blog?

A WordPress Plugin downloaded from GPLDL requires a Registration Code - how can I register?
Some WordPress items downloaded from GPLDL may ask for a registration code in your WordPress Dashboard. Some WordPress Plugins may even notify you, if there is an update available (example below).
The registration is not required and the WordPress item will work without registration exactly the same way as with registration. Just like the update notifications these dialogs are implemented by the developers as a service for their customers who have paid for a support license.
Since GPLDL does not offer support licenses for any WordPress items, we recommend ignoring any registration messages and to check for updates manually in the GPLDL repository when you plan to update.
B. MEMBERSHIP & USAGE
How can I become a member at GPLDL?
It is very easy. Just sign up for free and we send you your membership credential right away.
Can I keep the WordPress items downloaded from GPLDL when I cancel my account?
Sure. You can keep any WordPress items you download from GPLDL forever, even if you decide to cancel your membership. Keep in mind though, that you have to maintain an active subscription to be able to download updates.
Can I download an older Version of a WordPress item?
We only keep the latest version of each WordPress item available for download. If you urgently need an older version, please contact us and we will try our best to help you out.
I am looking for a specific WordPress item which is not available at GPLDL - can you provide it?

Since all downloadable files at GPLDL are licensed under the GPL, it is highly unlikely that there is a copyright violation. Nonetheless you can get in touch with us at our contact page.
I think I found a Trademark Infringement at GPLDL - Who can I contact?
Since all names, expressions and trademarks at GPLDL are used to the extent necessary to truthfully identify the product according to the fair use doctrine it is highly unlikely that there is a trademark violation. Nonetheless you can get in touch with us at our contact page.
D. PARTNERING & COOPERATION
I have a Subscription for WordPress items not available at GPLDL - how can I upload?
First of all: Thanks for your effort in supporting GPLDL. Nonetheless we cannot add any WordPress items to the GPLDL repository from unverified sources (malware risk, damaged scripts etc.). We also cannot accept your login information to the subscription since that would most likely be a violation of the TOS of the respective service provider.
I am a Developer and want to have my products added to the GPLDL catalog - can you add it?
