When activating the WP-Rocket 3.3.3.1 plugin, WordPress gives me the following error:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Class 'WP_Rocket\Admin\Options' not found in /home/me/public_html/sitename.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-rocket-master/inc/functions/options.php on line 19
Doing the function.php edit for the license per https://gpldl.com/remove-license-code-check-wp-rocket-wordpress-plugin/ doesn’t seem to change the error and still prevents it from activating.
I managed to find an older version of this plugin via another “recent” thread in this forum but I want to use the latest version and I’m stumped as to how to fix this. Any suggestions?
I tried activating a few days ago and it did nothing. Not even an error.
