Yith FrontEnd Manager Blank Page

Hi, when I activate him, got blank page !!! Version: yith-frontend-manager-for-woocommerce-premium.1.4.8

Change to theme : StoreFront but nothing change

Precision : I’m testing it in Dev-Environement : FlyWheel / WP-Mu / Php 7.1. Yith Multi-Vendor works fine but FrontEnd Manager block everything.

Any Idea ?
