The WPZOOM Inspiro PRO theme requires a license key to be able to change theme options. The message displayed in the admin panel is below.

Activate Your License Key!
Your theme is not licensed for use on this website or your license key expired.
Please activate or renew your license key in order to use this theme.

Admittedly, I don’t know what functionality has really been held back though. The post above is just to point out that it doesn’t seem like you get full use of the theme’s configuration tools.
