Hi there, I wondered if anyone else has encountered this problem. I have Woocommerce Wishlists installed on a site. It works fine but for one thing. When you add a product to the wishlist it displays a blank page. In fact the product has been added and if you use the back button and go back to the product and then refresh the page then it’s fine, the product has been added and there is a notification at the top. But that’s no good for customers.
It’s fine with simple products but unfortunately I don’t have any of those! All the products have multiple variations and some addons that are supplied by gravity forms woo product add ons plug in. So I suspect the url isn’t being constructed properly and maybe there is something that can be done in the functions.php or the plug in editor to make the url work properly but I have no clue what. Any help would be much appreciated.
Sorry, silly of me, should have included a link to a product. Site is currently open though in production.
That link will display a product with variations already loaded. If you are in the mood to give me a hand with this try adding it to a wishlist and see what happens. Thanks in advance.
Guest may face such an issue, if admin has enabled the required login option. But if the option is disabled to show successful notice popin in plugin general settings, automatically guests will redirected to My account page.
Once you are logged in and still facing such issue, its something in your theme that overrides the wishlist slug. If the issue remains i suggest you to check with the default WordPress theme.
I hope this helps you out.
