Welcome to GPLDL - we are still beta - please report any bugs via the contact form.
I have updated WP to 4.4, Avada Theme to 3.9 and all of my plugins. I use Woocommerce for products/programs and then Woocommerce Subscriptions. A few weeks ago I began using Subscriptions and all was fine. Then there was the upgrade to 2.0.7 and it blanked out the checkout and subscription tabs in Woocommerce and when adding an item to cart, it goes to a blank page.
Can anyone help in fixing this issue?
Thank you in advance!
Hi Jillian,
Have you tried reverting the update of the subscriptions plugin to see if the problem disapears?
Hello Claude,
thank you for the reply. I reverted to the previous version and it still does the same thing, in the woocommerce settings the checkout and subscription tabs are there but when clicked on show a gray screen.
Have any other suggestions?
Just to double-check that the file was not corrupted : We have uploaded Woocommerce Subscriptions 2.0.7 again.
Try to follow 7h3h suggestion, download the zip and install it again. Remember to deactivate the plugin first, upload the updated plugin folder via ftp to wp-content/plugins/ . Return to the dashboard and (re)activate the plugin again.
An other way of trouble shooting a defunct or conflicting plugin is to deactivate every plugin one at a time and see if the blank screen disappears. If it does you know which plugin is causing the problem.
For what its worth, I just downloaded the extension today 01/02/2016 and have the same issues – blank screen on checkout and subscriptions tabs.
Looks like a conflict with other Plugins/Extensions. Most likely we will see an Update from Woothemes soon.
I did some more research. I thought it was a theme issue so reverted to older version of my theme and the Subscriptions did not work. So reverted to older version of WordPress with updated version of my theme and plugins and Subscriptions work. So this is a WordPress issue.
Could Gpldl contact Woothemes to let them know and/or get a fix since they have a license?
I was able to get it to work by disabling PayPal and using another payment gateway. The bug seems to be with PayPal enabled in the checkout panel – hope this helps :)
Thanks Michael but it does not help since Paypal is my only payment option at this time. At least we are narrowing it all down! I hope Woothemes fixes it soon.
Hi Michael,
This is what I just did. I disabled both Paypal and the logging in Woocomerce then upgraded WP to 4.4 went back in and enabled Paypal and logging again, and everything works! So strange. Thank you so much for investigating and figuring out the issue!
