These are the two sole woocommerce point of sale solutions that are GPL.

I am interested in both of these. Need to find a good integrated POS. Any possibility?

It’s not nulled of course and I’m not knowledged to do so, but those are the pure files, so perhaps it can be useful!

I must state that I’m not very happy with it, it’s lacking quite a lot of features but that’s not the real problem, it has tons of bugs and if you have a large webshop with over 2000 products then it doesn’t respond well, so it’s not the best POS solution to be honest.
