woocommerce follow ups

Hi guys

I have installed Follow Up Emails extension for WooCommerce 4.4.19, I have set it up, however, the emails are not triggering. My last test, for example, was a new sign up. It tests fine but will not auto trigger at all. I have tried everything I can find on the topic without success. I also have the review for discounts installed and it works fine.

I have tried disabling plugins looking for a conflict again without success. If anyone has a clue to a direction I could take or an answer I would really appreciate it.
