The YITH WooCommerce Desktop Notification Not saving

I have installed the The YITH WooCommerce Desktop Notification extension and am creating notifications but when I add a notification and save it, it doesn’t save just goes to default blank screen with add new notifications screen? Anyone know of a solution or what I need to do to fix this?
