Subscribe to Update Notifications for Specific Plugins

The title says it all. I found https://gpldl.com/topic/update-notification/ here on a similar request, but it looks like it was a while back. Being able to choose to get singular updates in one email instead of the entire list which is helpful but still involves a lot of scrolling would be so nice.
