This is a really good and game changing plugin, which eliminates the need of theme. The url is https://oxygenbuilder.com

You should have purchased it at $99 for a lifetime. If your business is based on building websites and you think that it’s a game-changer, you can still purchase it as a lifetime deal before it becomes a per annum license.

I found a free version of Oxygen 3 at: FREETHUB

By the way, Sam should purchase everything and not download anything for free from any GPL DL or Null site.

You can use their demo site which has a terminal plugin installed to zip the directory and download the latest versions of any of their software. I demoed things that way and then bought myself an agency copy for $149 IIRC. Definitely worth it with the WooCommerce and Gutenberg addons.
