Global Search at top of page

Search Bar somewhere convenient, like top of page, that would make it faster to search for a plugin or theme without having to use Ctrl + F while going through each page to find a product.

I saw a request for this already but it appears to be two years old. Hopefully this would not be any type of change that interferes with your GPL policies in any way…. is it possible that you do not want people to be able to download too fast or too many… not sure what would prevent a search utility, if anything else.
