AFC PRO ZIP Locked

I’m unable to unzip AFC Pro as 7-Zip is saying that the folder is locked, making it impossible to unzip and use.

Strange. Did you try another unzipper?

I did. Microsoft’s own & 7-zip. They both failed to open the zipped folder.
