We created this forum to foster the discussion and support between members of the GPLDL community.
The forum is moderated by at least one GPLDL team member and some other users.
Please take note of the following GPLDL forum rules – pretty much “common sense”:
GPLDL does not provide any support for the WordPress items that can be downloaded from this site. This includes (but is not limited to) any questions regarding:
- how WordPress or any WordPress items from this site can be installed,
- explanations how certain features of WordPress items from this site can be used, modified or extended (including customization),
- the handling of bugs, errors or other problems that can arise from installing one or more WordPress items from this site.
- Please post any of these questions publicly but do not send them privately through our contact form.
The intention of this forum is to give users the chance to help each other. To organize this in a reasonable way, please follow these best practices:
- When you are requesting support for a specific issue, make sure to always include a link to your site.
- Post your support topics in the appropriate forum.
- Don’t post several Questions in one topic – start a new topic for each Question and do not post the same question more than once.
- Make the title of your topics as informative as possible and relevant to the subject matter (don’t use “Please help” or “Question” titles.
- Be considerate with each other and do not make excessive use of capitals, exclamation marks etc.
- Spamming is for losers – anything that resembles spamming will result in automatic deletion of your account and banning from the forum.
- Please refrain from using derogatory or vulgar language – this is designed to be a friendly resource for our community, and not a place where people are insulted.
