I’ve seen it on the “pay” GPL sites and I know iThemes can’t be a WordCamp sponsor if they’re not 100% GPL.

Great Dave! BackupBuddy is an awesome plugin and we recommend anybody who can afford to buy a license to get one and support the developers.
