After reading these posts…Can you please clarify?
Can I just download the vendor.zip file and upload to the wp-rocket folder? If so from where do I download? The URL was removed in the previous comment.
If I do that, do I still need to use the command “composer install –-no-dev” on the server’s command line terminal?
