Unfortunately 99% of all Themeforest Themes are licensed under a split license (Code is GPL, CSS and graphics proprietary). That means, that these files are not 100% GPL, which is a requirement for all items on this website. Even if the files were 100% we cannot accept them as uploads etc. since we then could not ensure that the code has not been modified.
