Penny DreadfulParticipant
That would be nice.
But Modern Tribes’ plugins have not been updated for a long time, I suspect the admin here probably has some difficulty in getting their hands on those updates themselves. We shall wait and see.Happy New Year!
Penny DreadfulParticipantSince we don’t have access to new pro versions any more, does anyone know how to downgrade the Free Event Calendar and Event Ticket plugins to older versions so they will work with the old pro versions we currently have?
Penny DreadfulParticipantyes, that would be awesome.
Penny DreadfulParticipantIs this for real? Can the admin please clarify on this?
Penny DreadfulParticipantYou don’t need its reports and their reports suck anyway. Just go to google analytics to view your reports and dig for insights, it is way better than the very limited report page of the plugin.
Penny DreadfulParticipantThat is helpful, thank you, Roger.
Penny DreadfulParticipantHave you guys found a way for this?
Penny DreadfulParticipantIt is so quiet here.
Penny DreadfulParticipantIt does NOT work for me either.

Penny DreadfulParticipantsj, I am afraid that you are the one who got things a little confused.
First of all, let’s clarify something: what do you mean by “coming soon landing page”? As your linked page clearly demonstrated, there is “coming soon/maintenance page” and there is “landing page” in SeedProd terminology, there is nothing called a “coming soon landing page”.
I am happy to use the “coming soon/maintenance page” function provided by the plugin for free, and I hope GPLDL continue to keep it in its repository. If you need the “landing page” function, which is a more advanced function, why don’t you get a license and support the plugin author?
Penny DreadfulParticipantNo sure what you are talking about, Anil K. I just checked again on a test site, I can edit the content, design and settings of my “coming soon” page without any problem. This is what this plugin is designed to do, right?
If you want to create numerous landing pages for other purposes, I recommend OptimizePress, Unbounce, leadpages or the Thrive builder.
Cheers!

Penny DreadfulParticipantHold you horse, Jojo Fletcher, I have tried this plugin and find it to be just as useful as previous versions, if not more useful.
The only restriction for not entering a license is not being able to download some fancy pre-desinged templates featuring copyrighted images. You can still supply your own image and design a beautiful landing page to your heart’s content.
Just because you don’t like this plugin doesn’t mean all other users on this site should be denied access to it.

Penny DreadfulParticipantJust curious, have you found a solution?
Penny DreadfulParticipantHi Droleba, thanks for the tip, it works!
I found the code on line #112.
Is there a way to automate this? It would be a hassle having to modify the code manually every time this plugin is updated.
Penny DreadfulParticipantI don’t get the appeal of genesis framework. There are so many other more user friendly and more capable theme available….

March 25, 2016 at 1:52 pm in reply to: Deactivating the Thrive Themes Content Builder license validation #16947Penny DreadfulParticipantHi, Claude, maybe it is not a good idea to link to Thrive Themes website from this site directly? It will probably show up in their analytics report and lead them to this post.

Penny DreadfulParticipantWorks like a charm!
Thank you Claude, this is the best holiday gift ever, you are my hero! :-)Penny DreadfulParticipantJust a quick feedback, Claude, tried option B, the plug in got good reviews, but it does not work for my purpose, that Yoast nagging message still sit on top of Admin page after I installed and activated it.
Penny DreadfulParticipantI have not implemented either just yet, still reading on the both options.
For option A, do I need to copy the whole thing into my funtions.php? I guess I need to create a Child theme for this? otherwise, it will get lost during next theme update?Happy Holidays to you too!
Penny DreadfulParticipantThank you so much, Claude, really appreciate your help! :-)
