    It happened to me after updating Ocean Extra plugin. I fixed it by deactivating Ocean Sticky Header then deactivating Ocean Extra and deleting it. After that I got the latest Ocean Extra plugin here and installed it. Then I activated Ocean Sticky Header and that fixed the issue.

    I would also recommend to disable auto-updates on premium plugins.
