Can you use pre-made templates with any Theme?

Hey guys! I just installed the Divi theme and when I tried to use a pre-made template it asked for Authrization of my Divi subscription (which I obviously don’t have).

Are there any themes on GPLDP in which you can use the pre-made templates for free?
